Mr. Steve Lau is currently a Senior Consultant (IT Industry Development Division) of HK Productivity Council. He is responsible of promoting emerging ICT development, including wireless and mobile technologies, logistics technologies, digital entertainment technologies and new media marketing to industries. Before joining HKPC, he held various marketing and sales positions in IDG, Tektronix, and HK Technology Centre with rich experiences in regional product marketing, internet marketing, and hi-technology marketing. He holds a Master Degree in IT development, and has completed his Executive Management studies at Fudan University (Shanghai). Besides holding full membership of HK Institute of Marketing and HK Computer Society, Steve has been the Chairperson of Activity Committee of HKIM and also the Exco-member of the HK Association of Interactive Marketing. He is interested in the New Media/Digital Marketing and IT professional development as technologies converge…both in his academic pursuit, and in his industry support role.
