Mr. Vicotr Ma got a B.Sc. Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Hong Kong in 1980 and a M.B.A Degree in International Business from Monash University in Australia in 1992.

For the past 20 years, Mr. Ma has held several senior positions in Asian subsidiaries of USA multi-national companies in driving business growth in Asia Pacific region, primarily in electronics and high-technology industries. He has been the Group Manager of Instrument Business/Asia Pacific-Varian Associates Inc., the General Manager of Asia-Kemet Electronics Corporation, the Managing Director of North Asia-Liebert Corporation (a subsidiary of Emerson Electric Co.), and recently the China Country Manager - Hutchinson Technology Inc.

Mr. Ma is a M.I.E.T., Chartered Engineer, and he is a M.H.K.I.M. Mr. Ma was the Committee Member of Specialized Section in Electronics and Communications of I.E.E. (now I.E.T.) Hong Kong for the year 2003-2006; Standing Committee Member of the University of Hong Kong Convocation for the year 2003-2006; Vice Chairman of Hong Kong University Graduate Association for the year 2003-2005. Currently Mr. Ma is the Vice Chairmen of the Consultative Council of Hong Kong Society of Chinese Medicine.
