Biography
How will your life be different if you have 48 hours a day? Ask Sean, who has always been described as such a person. You may have known him through newspaper or television as a Senior Inspector with the Hong Kong Police, the crime-buster on the cyber space, or the negotiator who stands for life amidst the most threatening crisis. Besides devoting to the physical safety and mental well-being for us, Sean is equally devoted to the spiritual growth and development of our next generation.

This is where he is said to have 48 hours a day. Sean is the President of the HKUST Alumni Association, Court Member of the HKUST, Chairperson of Friends Unlimited, active Committee members of many other associations and professional bodies, including The Outstanding Young Persons' Association (TOYPA), and mentor of hundreds of university students.

In addition to the above, he places equally high emphasis on a balanced family life and personal development. Sean has two daughters and two master degrees; three international certifications on information security as well as free time to spend with just his spouse. Besides academic and professional training, Sean has been a well-known coach, trainer and public speaker from IT to negotiation, from motivation to photography.

As an awardee of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons 2006, Sean will further spread the habit of "paying forward" and living life with passion and excellence to the next generation of Hong Kong.

認識林景昇的人，都會這樣形容他。你可能已經透過報章、電視得知他是一位高級警務督察、網絡世界的罪惡剋星、與及進出生死關頭的談判人員。然而，在帶給我們安全感的同時，林景昇亦用心投入為我們的下一代成長和發展服務。

林景昇是現任的香港科技大學校友會會長、香港科技大學顧問委員會委員、良朋會主席、眾多各學會和協會的主要幹事，當中包括傑出青年協會、以及近百名大學生的學長。

而林景昇同時亦重視在家庭和個人成長中取得平衡。他有兩名女兒，同時亦完成兩個碩士學位。而林景昇在獲得三個世界性資訊保安認可資格的同時，他亦有空閒時間與太太二人世界維繫感情。而除了上述的學術和專業資格外，林景昇亦是一位聞名的導師、訓練講師和演講者。你可以隨時隨地與他分享由資訊科技到談判技巧、或是由激勵團隊到人像攝影等課題。
