All HKIM members will receive invitation email
and application form (see attached email) before 31
October 2005. Please send back the application form
and copies of your referred persons to 11/F, Iuki
Tower, 5 O'Brien Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong or fax at
2881-6057. |

From 1 November 2005 to 15 January 2006, upon successful
referral of 1 member (Associate) or above, you will
be entitled to the rewards mentioned above. |

The prize will be rewarded to the person with the
highest number of referrals only. For example, if
you had successfully referred 3 persons, you would
only be entitled to the 3rd reward stated above. |
| 5 |
'First come first serve' rule would apply in case
of the same 'targeted member' is being referred by
2 or above members. |
| 6 |
The person who is being recommended to HKIM must
not have repeated application to HKIM membership prior
to this competition. The name and membership number
of the referrer should be mentioned by the time of
application. If the membership application of the
referred person was not successful, no reward will
be given. |

Reward would be shared equally if there were more
than 1 person eligible for the Champion and the first
runner up. |
| 8 |
HKIM reserves the right to make the final decisions
should any conflicts arise. |
