Procedure

1. Nomination form can be collected at HKIM Brand-with-a-Conscience Award Committee Secretariat, HKIM Office, 3/F, 88 Commercial Building, 28-34 Wing Lok Street, Central, Hong Kong or download from the official website www.hkim.org/BCaward.html
2. All nomination forms must be completed and submitted together with any relevant information, such as, annual report, past awarding proof, marketing and sales reports and relevant photos/videos, etc. to the organizer for screening, verification and evaluations. All submitted materials would not be returned to the participating organization.
3. Every successful nomination must be reached by 30 June 2008.
4. Nominees for Third and the Final Round shall provide assistance whenever it is necessary to the judging panel for assessment. Oral/written presentation/company visit may be required and the Secretariat will inform the nominees.
