Strategies of Food & Beverage Business for the Coming
Festivals
The Department of Business Services & Management Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (Tsing Yi) had conducted a symposium on the Future of Hong Kong as the Regional Exhibition Hub in early December 2004. Hong Kong Institute of Marketing was honoured to be the supporting organization of this event. There were two main topics discussed in the symposium, namely, ˇ§External Influence on the Hong Kong Exhibition Industryˇ¨ and ˇ§The Market Positioning of Hong Kong in Holding International Scale Exhibitionsˇ¨.
