Seminar: "How to write a winning proposal that get you that million dollar contract?"

Dr Gregg Li, the current Chairman of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI) for Asia, conducted a seminar on the topic of “How to Write a Proposal for that Million Dollar Contract” for HKIM on 8 January 2005. In terms of Dr Li’s definition, the meaning of a successful proposal is not confined to the winning of a particular project, but the winning of that particular project is capable of opening more chances for other projects. To form a proposal that draws successful results, it should be made professional, impressive, convincing and attend to clients’ expectations. In the process, communication with clients is a high priority. With good communication, it shows that the consulting firm well understands the clients’ needs; it is highly aware of the possibilities and challenges of the project, and it has the right solutions for the challenges. These are the primary keys for winning a project, and for winning more projects after that.
