Workshop: "The key to Success-How to catch your customer?"
On 29 January (Sat), over 30 participants attended the workshop
held by our Director of Activities, Mr Raymond Wong, on "How
to catch your customers?". Participants enjoyed the role
plays and the games, and learnt the keys to customer satisfaction
at the same time.
Evaluation:
All the participants thought the presentation skill of the
speaker was GOOD or VERY GOOD.
96% will join similar HKIM workshop in the future.
92% will recommend their friends to join HKIM workshop in
the future.
