Marketing Symposium on CRM 2005
Top Marketing Professionals of the Town Join Together
This was the first ever large scale CRM symposium in HKIM.
The Institute had lined up the strongest partners including
CUHK, HK Polytechnic University and IVE to conduct a 5-hour
comprehensive symposium that covers from the conceptual framework
of CRM essentials to real case studies in CRM management.
In this symposium, six speakers shared their insights on CRM
essentials, strategies and implementation. Also, we were honored
to having Mr Ernest Ngai of IVE Chaiwan and Dr Leslie Yip
of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University to be our guest hosts.
