Speaker: Ms Vivian Choi, Associate Director, Nielsen Media Research

Ms Vivian Choi is the Associate Director of Nielsen Media Research. She is responsible for the business development of Advertising Information Service (AIS) and Media Index in Hong Kong. Leading the Hong Kong team, she develops business strategy for AIS and Media Index and manages client services quality.

Ms Choi joined ACNielsen in 1998. With over 9 years of experience, she is very familiar with media research and the media industry in Hong Kong. She is knowledgeable in conducting various large-scale media and consumer behaviour research in Hong Kong and across Asia.

Ms Choi has a proven track record of successfully building business and satisfaction levels with clients and she has earned the respect of her team and clients for her positive and proactive working attitude, flexibility in taking up new or additional challenges and high standard for client servicing excellence.
