Dr. Au is a seasoned manager and trainer with 25 years of rich and successful international working experience in both public and private sectors, including public institution image building, media broadcasting, business development, etc.

Over the years, he has taught people how to write good course proposals in universities and other institutions like the Hickam Air Force Base and Pearl Harbor Naval Station. His proposals also won him entry and successes in the First Hawaiian Bank and US state government. In recent years, his feasibility proposals on the elderly services markets in China and Hong Kong contributed to the creation of a new healthcare arm for the New World Group. His presentation on the costs of sound recordings and album production also led to the retention of all drama theme song copyrights back to a dominant local TV broadcasting enterprise.
