Remarks：

參加者將於報名後三天內收到電話通知，而最後確認信及詳情將於活動三天前以電郵形式發出。請於收到電話通知後繳交有關費用。
Participants will receive phone call within 3 days upon enrolment, and the final confirmation letter and details will be sent via email 3 days prior to the activity. Participants are obliged to settle activity payment after receiving phone call.

HKIM reserves the right to change the activities details including cancellation of the activity in case of under-enrolment, change of the speaker, date or venue without prior notice when under unavoidable circumstances. Except when the function is cancelled by the Institute due to under-enrolment, all fees paid are non-refundable.
如報名人數不足，本會保留取消活動之權利。如有需要，本會保留更改活動安排包括主講者、日期及時間之權利而不作事先另行通知。除因本會報名人數不足而取消活動外，所有已繳交費用一律不獲退還。
