Miss Elaine Chan is currently the Deputy Head of Corporate Communication for NWS Transport Services Limited, New World First Bus and Citybus, accountable for the marketing, advertising cum non-fare revenues, public affairs and customer service of the companies. By capitalising on the integrated strategy of marketing and corporate communication, Miss Chan wishes to build up heartfelt connection among the citizens and the companies.

Miss Chan graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and was awarded Master of Business Administration by the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM), as well as Chartered Marketer by The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK). She is currently a member of the Hong Kong Public Relations Professionals' Association, The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK) and the Institute of Management Consultants Hong Kong. She also serves the community as the current Vice-Chairman of Supervisory Committee for the Hong Kong Public Relations Professionals' Association and Second Vice-President, the Lions Club of Hong Kong (Pacific), Lions Clubs International District 303 (HK & Macau, China) and previously SME Mentor for the Trade and Industry Department, HKSAR Government.


陳燕玲小姐現職新創建交通服務有限公司、新巴及城巴之企業傳訊副總監，負責市務推廣、廣告商業事務、公眾關係及顧客服務。透過綜合式市務及傳訊策略，陳小姐希望能夠為公司及市民「拉近香港心」。

陳小姐畢業於香港中文大學，其後取得澳洲澳大利亞工商管理學院之工商管理碩士學位，及英國特許市務學會特許市務師資格，現時為香港公共關係專業人員協會、英國特許市務學會及香港管理顧問學會會員。公共服務方面，陳小姐現任香港公共關係專業人員協會督導委員會副主席、國際獅子總會中國港澳303區香港太平洋獅子會第二副會長，亦曾任工業貿易署營商計劃導師。
