Ms. Pauline Wong joined Pokka Corporation (HK) Ltd. in 1991, successfully established the well known Pokka Café, and brought the Japanese coffee culture to Hong Kong. Under Pauline’s leadership, with much creativity, ever changing for the better, and putting people first, Pokka has made the 5-star hotels management concept and service standards its basic requirements, and gives the best dining enjoyment to its customers. As of today, Pokka has developed 5 famous brand, including Pokka Café, Tonkichi Tonkatsu Specialist, etc. with over 20 outlets in Hong Kong and Macau.

Pauline holds an MBA degree from South Australia University and is pursuing a doctorate degree. She successfully applies the modern management and marketing concepts to the F&B industry. Pokka was the first restaurant chain receiving the ISO9000:2001 quality certification, and has won many awards in different aspects including “The City’s Most Popular Restaurant”, “Loving Employer”, “Group Safety Performance Award”, etc. She is also the vice chairman of the PRC Chengdu Oversea Exchange Association, Executive Committee Member of Hong Kong Employment Development Service Ltd. etc.


黃水晶小姐於1991年加入百佳(香港)有限公司，建立了著名餐廳品牌Pokka Café，成功將日式咖啡文化引進香港。在黃小姐帶領下，憑著勇於創新、積極求變、以人為本的精神，Pokka把五星級酒店的經營理念和服務水平，帶進餐廳，令客人得到最佳的飲食享受，亦令員工得到一個理想的事業。到了今天，已經創立了五個品牌，包括Pokka Café、Tonkichi日式吉列專門店等，並且在港澳開設了二十多間分店，在香港飲食界佔有重要地位。

黃小姐擁有南澳洲大學工商管理碩士學位，現為博士生。她將現代管理及市場推廣概念應用於餐飲業。Pokka於2004年成為首間獲得ISO9000:2001國際品質認証的連鎖餐飲集團，亦曾贏得『全城食家美味推介大獎』、『愛心僱主』、『集團安全表現獎』等多方面殊榮。她亦是中國成都海外交流協會副會長、香港職業發展服務處執行委員等。
