Mr. Max Lau is currently the Director & General Manager of Taikoo Sugar Ltd and Director of its subsidiary – Taikoo (Guangzhou) Sugar Ltd. He is responsible for development and management of Taikoo Sugar business.

Max joined Taikoo Sugar since 1988, and had held many positions in wide array of area in sales & marketing for domestic & overseas market, and supply chain. He was appointed as Director & General Manager in 2005.

Prior to join Taikoo Sugar, he was worked in different FMCG companies, ie Lee Kum Kee, Van Houten and British American Tobacco.

He holds a Master Degree in Arts (Major in Marketing Management) from Macquarie University, Australia, and a Master degree of Business Administration from the Asian International Open University, Macau and a Master of Arts degree in E-Business from The City University of Hong Kong. He is currently a fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.


劉永亮先生現時為太古糖業有限公司董事兼總經理，亦為太古糖業全資擁有的太古（廣州）糖業有限公司出任董事長一職，主要為發展及管理太古糖業的業務．

劉先生於1988加入太古糖業，先後在公司內担任不同部門的職務，如香港市場銷售部，出口部及供應鏈部，於2005晉升為董事兼總經理．

在加入太古糖業前，劉先生亦於不同的快速消費品公司工作，如：李錦記，金鷹朱古力及英美煙草．

劉永亮先生分別考獲澳洲Macquarie University市場管理文學碩士，澳門亞洲國際公開大學工商管理碩士及香港城市大學電子商務碩士，現為英國特許市務學會資深會員．
