Chung Wai Ping, Chairman of Tao Heung Group. In 2003, he was awarded "CEO of the Year (Catering Industry) -- Customer Relationship Excellence Awards organized by APCSC". Also, he was awarded "Pearl River Delta Catering Business Top Ten Characters" held by China Hospitality Association, and "Innovative Entrepreneur of the Year" organized by Junior Chamber International Hong Kong in 2005. In 2006 he was awarded "Capital Leaders of Excellence", presented by Capital Magazine. Chung is totally dedicated to the catering industry, he has put every effort to improve and train the staff and enhance the professional level of practitioners' and the image of the industry. He is the founder of The Chinese Cuisine Culture Development Programme, and is the chairman of Association of Restaurant Managers.


稻香集團主席鍾偉平先生在1975年加入飲食行業。在2003年，他榮獲「亞太傑出顧客關係服務獎選舉 - 傑出行政總裁(飲食業)大獎」；2005年更成為「中國飯店管理協會十大風雲人物」以及「城市青年商會 - 創意創業大獎榮譽大賞」的得主；另外，在2006年榮獲由資本雜誌頒發 - 「資本傑出領袖獎」。鍾偉平是香港首個酒樓管理課程「稻苗培植計劃」的創辦人。現時，他亦身兼「現代飲食專業管理協會」的主席，積極參與業界事務，對提升飲食業從業員專業水平和形象不遺餘力。
