Dr. Edmond Cheng has been the Managing Director of Urban Group since February 2002. He has over 29 years of professional and practical experiences in the Hong Kong Real Estate Services Sector.

Dr Cheng holds a BSc degree (Hons) in Estate Management, a MBA and a Ph. D in Business and Management. He is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Housing, the Chartered Institute of Housing, the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators, the Hong Kong Institute of Facility Management and the Hong Kong Institute of Directors. He is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport in Hong Kong, a Registered Professional Housing Manager, a Registered Professional Surveyor (General Practice) (Property & Facility Management), a Certified Facility Manager and a Licensed Estate Agent.

Currently, Dr. Edmond Cheng is the Vice-President of The Hong Kong Association of Property Management Companies.


鄭錦華博士自2002年2月出任富城集團董事總經理一職。鄭博士擁有逾29年之豐富專業房地產服務經驗。

鄭錦華博士分別考獲物業管理榮譽學士、工商管理碩士和商業及管理哲學博士殊榮。他現為香港房屋經理學會、英國特許房屋經理學會、香港測量師學會、英國特許皇家測量師學會、香港地產行政師學會、香港設施管理學會、香港董事學會的資深會員及香港運輸物流學會特許會員。他並為註冊專業房屋經理，註冊專業測量師(產業測量)(物業及設施管理)、專業認可設施管理經理及持牌地產代理。

鄭錦華博士現為香港物業管理公司協會副會長。
